Do I need to register to place and order?No, you can place an order quick and easy through the site, or by contracting us on +359 878 767 767 / +359 888 230 223. You can also place an order through our Facebook or Instagram pages.

What happens after I complete my order?After successful order completion through the site, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details.

What is the payment method?The product payment happens to the courier at delivery of your order.

Can I return/change my order?Sure, to return or change a product, the product must have its commercial form: should not have been used, all tags should not have been removed and no treatment of any kind (e.g. washing, dry cleaning, etc.) should have happened.

How do I know which is the most appropriate size for me?You can check our reference table with sizes on each product page. There, you will find sizes in centimeters, that you can compare with your needs. If you are still not sure, you can always contact us for assistance.

What is the delivery time?The standard delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
